These prints are achieved with a process called photo intaglio. I first created the pen drawing, and then transferred the image onto a photo-sensitive plate using a dark room, and light exposure unit, and water. After the plate is created, these prints utilize the old-school technique of inking up your image plate with a tar-like ink, buffing off, and running it through a press with a piece of special cotton printmaking paper that has been soaked in water and blotted off. 

The image is extremely unique, and are limited edition due to the process taking toll on the plate over time. Each print is numbered with its edition number, and signed.
